Three ingredient spinach pizza is a meal that truly has it all. It’s scrumptious and healthy, quick and easy to make. Kids love eating it and even helping to prepare it. It’s affordable and best of all, it only has three ingredients, of course. You can have this lunch, dinner or snack ready in just fifteen minutes and all you will need is 1 (10 oz.) thin crust pizza shell, 1 container ( 8 oz.) prepared spinach dip and 2 cups ( 8 oz.) of cheese. You can choose between the pizza standard, shredded mozzarella cheese, or a shredded pizza double cheese which is a mix of mozzarella and cheddar. The cheddar cheese pairs very well with the spinach dip, but both are delicious. The thin crust is a key part of this recipe as it aids in the rich, flaky texture and highlights the taste of your spinach dip and cheese, instead of masking it.
To prepare – and get ready for this, because it can be tough – place your pizza shell on a baking sheet, spread your dip thinly and evenly over the crust and top with cheese. That’s it! Now all you need to do is bake your pizza. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and when it is ready, pop in your pizza. It will take about fourteen minutes to bake; you will know it is done when the cheese starts to brown around the edges. The last step is enjoying your creamy spinach pizza, which serves up to six people.
Not only will have a delicious pie, you will have a full days serving of both calcium and vitamin A, and a good amount of protein too. Since this recipe is so simple, consider including your children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The little ones will enjoy being your helper and they can be proud of what you’ve made together. You can also prepare this recipe for quick meals and last minute guests, it’s just so convenient.

Fresh spinach is one of my favorite pizza toppings. It adds a depth of flavor and it’s healthy. One pizza I make has an olive oil base with garlic, spinach, sundried tomatoes, pine nut, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese and fresh basil…it’s yummy!
