In my last post I shared that I attended an ice cream social in San Francisco sponsored by the California Milk Advisory Board. What I didn’t tell you is my daughter tried bacon on top of her ice cream and LOVED it. I stuck with cookies and candy on mine, but might just have to try this some time.
Are you brave enough to top your ice cream with some bacon?
A couple of weeks ago, I was going through a Burger King drive thru to order a brownie sundae and I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. I thought I saw on the menu board, Bacon Sundae. As I got closer I realized that is what it really said. I don’t get the combination and am in no rush to try it anytime soon

OK, I am so going to try bacon on my ice cream! I see it every where now, but I have yet to give it a try. I don’t like soggy bacon so when I see it I think of it as cold and soggy…I will have to do it at home so it’s crispy bacon!
My initial reaction is ewww, but I’m curious enough that I would try it!

I just heard about the Burger King dessert. My nephew loved it. I might try it…lol
I’m not so sure about the bacon on top of ice cream thing, I’m still a traditional hot fudge kinda girl. It would be interesting to try, though.
I’m not sure about trying those two together but I would definitely eat them separately.
